Each bag is a one-pound mix of medium-sized cured hardneck garlic grown right here on our farm. Mdium sized garlic measures from 1 3/4" up to 2" in diameter. These bulbs should store for up to 6 mo. with diminishing flavour complexity as they age. The burlap bag can be used for storage as it allows for airflow. We do not use any pesticides on the garlic.

PICK-UP INFO
Customers can choose to pick-up at the farm or the Thunder Bay Country Market, or can choose delivery to the Thunder Bay area (if eligible). Once you have placed your order, you will receive a follow-up email when your order is ready to arrange a mutually convenient pick-up or delivery time.
